Accessing the website
Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, timestamps and security signals to deliver and protect the website. This processing is necessary to provide a secure service and is based on our legitimate interest in reliable, abuse-resistant operation.
Local settings
Language, age confirmation and locally saved loadouts are stored on your device so that the requested functions persist. You can remove these values through your browser settings. The age confirmation is a protective access setting; it is not used to establish your identity.
Accounts
If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive the account identifier, display name, email address and, if provided, profile image required to create and secure your Wardogs Labs account. The selected provider also processes the sign-in request under its own privacy terms. Account and session data are retained while the account exists and are deleted when the account is deleted, subject to legal retention duties.
Premium payments
Once Premium is activated, Stripe will process checkout, payment, fraud-prevention and billing data. Wardogs Labs stores the Stripe customer and subscription references, subscription status, email address, paid-period end and checkout consent records needed to provide ad-free access and document the contract. Payment-card details remain with Stripe. Statutory accounting records may have to be retained after an account is deleted.
Advertising and consent
Advertising is currently disabled. Before Google advertising is activated, Wardogs Labs will provide a consent-management platform. Advertising identifiers, cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary will only be used after the required consent. Premium accounts will not receive advertising.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection where the legal requirements are met. Consent can be withdrawn for the future at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact the address above.
International processing
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
