Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement to Jasper Marvin Großmann, Eisvogelweg 83, 85356 Freising, Germany, email: support@wardogslabs.com. It is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, payments received under the affected contract will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Immediate performance

Premium is a digital service. During checkout you can expressly request that access starts before the withdrawal period ends. Your statutory rights and the legal conditions for any expiry of the withdrawal right remain unaffected.
